Went into Bass Pro just to skim around the hunting section and ended up getting a lot of help from Alvis with the firearms. He was so well informed and amazing at explaining all the products to me. Just wanted to give him the praise He deserves definitely had a great experience thanks to his knowledge and kindness!

Must be one of my favorite shops from this chain, their staff was very helpful, kind and cordial. Great selection of outdoor gear and sales. Some novelties that can be useful

Went in at opening it was quiet and very shopable. The lady at front was pretty insisting on us applying for their credit card even after says we weren't interested. Other then that great experience

Jonathan S. at the customer service counter for the win! We were looking at camp chairs and found the big two seater camp loveseat and instantly wanted it. A family had two of them (including the last one) and we were patiently waiting for them to determine if they were going to leave with one or two. Well, they got both, to our dismay. After other employees were unable to assist us we were pointed to the customer service counter where Jonathan said he'd go check for any more and came back with one for us! Thank you man!

Bought a Citadel boss 25 semi automatic shotgun. Took it to the range couldn't be happier with it. Fired flawless, 5+1 magazine. Perfect home defense. A m16 style 12 gage shotgun. The Bass Pro staff were extremely helpful. Going shooting again

Tim was quick to assist and offered helpful insight as I was having a hard time deciding what kind of hiking shoes to get for an upcoming backpacking trip. A much better experience than the one I had yesterday at another big name outdoor retailer. His prompt service and expertise helped ease my indecisiveness. Have been here many times and will continue to return. Thanks Tim!
